Bill and Hillary Clinton's daughter Chelsea Clinton has bank.

Chelsea Clinton and her husband Marc Mezvinsky have purchased a apartment in Manhattan's Flatiron District. The couple, who married in an inter-faith ceremony in 2010, purchased the 4967 sq. ft. unit for $10.5 million last month. According to the listing:

The Second Floor of The Whitman features four bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a home office and den, and stunning direct Madison Square Park views. This apartment also boasts a 252 square foot planting terrace and a private storage unit is included with the residence. Residents will enjoy top-of-the-line building amenities, including a Full Time Doorman, Residents' Only Gym, Key Locked Elevator with Private Elevator Landings, and a Refrigerated Package Room.

I'm one of those "keeping up with the Jones bishes," so I now need to add a "refrigerated package room" to my must-have list for my future condo. You know. . . for those times when the maid can't rush to the door to pick up the just-delivered groceries.

The Whitman sounds lovely. I could live there if not for a couple of minor glitches. Maintenance and condo fees are $4,342 a month, which works out to less than $1/sq.ft. - I'm OK with that. The monthly real estate tax is $7,913. Can you imagine? If you're not an all-cash buyer, you would have to shell out $12,000 a month on top of your mortgage! #richpeopleproblems

Actress Michelle Williams is leaving the east coast for the sunnier skies of Hollywood. To aid in that effort a few weeks ago she put her gorgeous Brooklyn townhouse on the market. . . for $7.5 million.

Purchased in 2005, when her ex, Heath Ledger was still alive, the corner home in the Boerum Hill neighbourhood of Brooklyn has 4-storeys, a 3-car garage and a rooftop garden with a waterfall. The 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathrooms home features a 1,000-square-foot parlour with built-in surround sound, a wood-burning fireplace and 12-foot ceilings.

The listing is held by Brown Harris Stevens.

I love a library, but these built-ins combined with the tiny window, make the room too small.

Lady Gaga is the proud owner of a 6-acre Malibu, California estate.

The global pop-star purchased a $22.5 million mansion across from Malibu’s Zuma Beach that was inspired by traditional homes in the South of France. Situated on a  prime beachfront location, the home has an 800-bottle wine cellar, home theater, bar and a 1960s-era two-lane bowling alley.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are selling their Greenwich Village townhouse for a $22 million.

Parker and Broderick purchased the home for $18.995 million in 2011 and first put it on the market in 2012 before pulling the listing.

According to the Douglas Elliman listing:

I forgot all about Kesha after she entered rehab. Granted, I wasn't paying much attention to her prior to her respite.

Now that Kesha is out of rehab and hopefully in a better head space, physically, she's relocating to a new environment. The "TiK ToK" singer dropped 1.65 million on a 1,416-square-foot Spanish-style three bed/two bath bungalow in Venice, California.

While the home looks like something you would find in Venice, I'm surprised this is to Kesha's tastes. I'm not a fan of the home's exterior, but the interior has great bones and styling.

Those SUPERNATURAL boys are doing far better than I realized. SUPERNATURAL star, actor Jensen Ackles, and wife Danneel Harris, have put their Malibu mansion on the market. The newly renovated Point Dume estate at 28931 Selfridge Dr is currently listed for $6.995 million.

The couple purchased the property less than two years ago for $4.8 million and then “gut-renovated” the place. The 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms mansion, now has a kitchen with custom cabinetry and Calcutta marble, along with an entertainer’s backyard with a pool/spa and views of Catalina Island and Queens Necklace.
