Chelsea Clinton and her husband Marc Mezvinsky have purchased a apartment in Manhattan's Flatiron District. The couple, who married in an inter-faith ceremony in 2010, purchased the 4967 sq. ft. unit for $10.5 million last month. According to the

I'm one of those "keeping up with the Jones
bishes," so I now need to add a "refrigerated package room" to my must-have list for my future condo. You know. . . for those times when the maid can't rush to the door to pick up the just-delivered groceries.
The Whitman sounds lovely. I could live there if not for a couple of minor glitches. Maintenance and condo fees are $4,342 a month, which works out to less than $1/sq.ft. - I'm OK with that. The monthly real estate tax is
$7,913. Can you imagine? If you're not an all-cash buyer, you would have to shell out $12,000 a month
