Advertising Campaign: Balmain Menswear Spring 2015 Featuring North West's Parents

#Fashion

Posing on car wreck. . . snort.

Client: Balmain
Designer: Olivier Rousteing
Campaign: Menswear Spring 2015
Models: North West's Parents
Photographer: Mario Sorrenti
Campaign Note:  Things have been going so well for me on the personal front since I've minimized the hate, but these bitches at Balmain are making it so hard.

Balmain creative director, Olivier Rousteing said of his choice of models:
"For this Menswear campaign, I wanted to capture a moment of love. Kim and Kanye are style icons and friends. It is an honour to have them in this Balmain campaign. Together, they represent love, beauty and diversity—they are the new modernity. This is more than a campaign, it expresses something beyond clothes—it is a celebration of love and friendship. This is a new statement for Balmain."
I think it's funny that he called North West's dad a style icon, when North West's dad has done nothing but copy Olivier Rousteing's style. Those low vees and leather jeans, ALL Olivier. North West's mom would have great style if she wore clothes that fit her body type and were in her size. Do you think she noticed that they photoshopped her to death?
